3. Appointments and Scheduling
Service appointments are subject to technician availability. We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the agreed scheduling window. In the event of a delay, we will notify you as soon as practicable. You agree to provide accurate information when booking a service, including the service address, contact details, and a description of the issue. Failure to do so may result in additional service charges.
4. Estimates and Pricing
Service estimates provided verbally or in writing are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Actual costs may vary if the scope of work changes upon inspection. We will obtain your approval before performing any work that exceeds the original estimate. All pricing is in US dollars and is subject to applicable taxes.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at the time of service. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before commencing work. All deposits are non-refundable once work has begun unless we fail to deliver the agreed services.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. Labor performed by New Plumbing Phoenix is warranted against defects for 90 days from the date of service, unless otherwise specified in writing. Parts and materials are subject to manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or acts of nature. This warranty is your exclusive remedy and does not cover consequential or incidental damages.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Plumbing Phoenix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to: • Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area • Disclose any known hazards, pre-existing conditions, or prior repairs • Ensure an adult (18+) is present during the service visit • Secure pets and remove valuables from the work area We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency service requests are non-cancellable once a technician has been dispatched.
10. Intellectual Property
